The running in and maintenance of micro tillage machine common sense

In order to keep the best performance of micro-tiller, the newly purchased micro-tiller must be run in, and the micro-tiller in use must be regularly maintained and maintained.



Run-in: When the newly purchased micro-tiller starts to use, it is the run-in stage. The throttle should not be opened too wide, and the engine must run at medium speed (with 1 gear tillage). After 20 hours of operation, remove the oil discharge screw plug of the engine crankcase while the machine is hot, release the oil, and then tighten the screw plug, add enough new oil from the oil injection port, and also replace the gear oil of the transmission box. Transmission box by wear, will lead to engine start difficult, fuel consumption increased, horsepower decreased, serious machine damage.



Maintenance:



1, daily maintenance. Check the fuel oil of the fuel tank, engine oil and gear oil of the transmission box, if the water-cooled engine, but also check the cooling water in the water tank. Check and adjust belt tightness. Remove surface oil, dirt and weeds. Check and tighten all connecting bolts and shaft pins.



2. Maintain the engine for 100 hours. Change the engine oil; Remove the spark plug electrode carbon deposition, adjust the spark plug gap to 0.7-0.8 mm; Check and adjust the valve clearance (need to be adjusted in the cooling state), gasoline engine intake valve clearance 0.10-0.15mm, exhaust valve clearance 0.15-0.20mm; Diesel engine intake valve clearance 0.15-0.25mm, exhaust valve clearance 0.25-0.35mm. Clean the fuel filter element and air filter element.



3. Maintain the engine for 500 hours. Check the tightness of the valve; Check the clearance of connecting rod tile; Remove the carbon accumulation on the piston surface, replace the piston ring if necessary; Replace the worn tiller.
